How much does the Health and Fitness Plus panel cost?
The Health and Fitness Plus panel is €229 at both our Dublin and Waterford clinics.
What does the panel cover?
57 health markers across hormones, thyroid, cholesterol and heart health, blood sugar and insulin, inflammation, liver, kidneys and electrolytes, iron, vitamins and a full blood count.
How long does the appointment take?
Blood appointments take 15 minutes.
How is this different from the Express Blood Test?
Health and Fitness Plus covers more, including cortisol, DHEAs, insulin, glucose, iron studies, vitamin D, B12 and folic acid.
Does this include a doctor consultation?
No. This panel does not include a doctor consultation. If you would like a doctor to go through your results with you, book Health & Fitness Plus with Doctor Consultation (€299), which covers the same panel plus a phone consultation with a doctor. See the option with a doctor.
