TRT Clinic provides medical consultation and treatment services, including but not limited to testosterone replacement therapy. Our services are available by appointment only, which can be scheduled through our website using Acuity Scheduling.

7.2. All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.

8. Right to Cancel and Receive Reimbursement
8.1. You have the right to cancel your appointment and receive a reimbursement within 14 days of booking, provided that the service has not already been performed.

8.3. If you cancel your appointment within 14 days, we will reimburse you the amount paid within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request, using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.
8.4. This policy is in accordance with the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act 1980.
